- legal entities;
- authorised representatives of all of the persons listed above.
1.4. These Terms are a legal document binding on the Parties, setting out the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the conditions for purchasing, paying for, delivering and returning goods, and other information related to the purchase and sale of goods.
1.5. The Seller reserves the right to amend, correct or supplement these Terms at any time, taking into account the requirements laid down by legislation. The Buyer will be informed of any changes in the Online Store.
1.6. By registering or placing an order, the Buyer unconditionally confirms that they are entitled to purchase goods in the Online Store and agrees to these Terms.

2. Ordering and payment
2.1. The Buyer may shop in the Online Store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
2.2. The Buyer may order goods in the Online Store without registering (as a guest) or by registering — entering the details requested during registration.
2.3. Having visited the Online Store, the Buyer selects goods, from which a shopping cart is formed. Once the cart is complete, the Buyer confirms the order and chooses a payment method.
2.4. The Buyer may amend the shopping cart up until the moment they choose and confirm a payment method.
2.5. The Buyer's personal data will be processed in accordance with the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and other legal requirements.
2.6. Once an order has been placed, the Seller sends an automatic order confirmation message with the order details to the email address provided by the Buyer.
2.7. The Buyer may pay for goods in the following ways:
- by bank transfer;
- by payment card (Visa, Mastercard);
- Apple Pay.
2.8. An order is deemed confirmed and is put into fulfilment only once payment for the goods has been received.
3. Conclusion of the purchase–sale agreement
3.1. The purchase–sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is deemed concluded from the moment the Buyer places an order, pays for it using the chosen payment method and receives an order confirmation by email.
3.2. Pursuant to Article 8(3) of the Law on Electronic Signature of the Republic of Lithuania, the Buyer and the Seller agree that confirmation of the Buyer's actions in the Online Store using login credentials has the legal force of an electronic signature.
3.3. Once the purchase–sale agreement has been concluded, the assortment, quantity, price, delivery term and other conditions specified in the Buyer's order are binding on both Parties.
3.4. Each agreement is stored in the Seller's database in accordance with the procedure laid down by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
4. Rights and obligations of the Buyer
4.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the Online Store in accordance with these Terms.
4.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase–sale agreement in accordance with these Terms and the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
4.3. The Buyer has the right to return goods in accordance with these Terms and the Return conditions.
4.4. The Buyer must accept the ordered goods and pay the agreed price for them.
4.5. The Buyer must check the condition of the shipment upon delivery. If the Buyer notices packaging damage, they must note it on the delivery document provided by the courier and, in the courier's presence, draw up a free-form shipment damage report.
4.6. The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the data provided during registration and ordering. If the Buyer provides inaccurate data, the Seller is not liable for any resulting consequences.
4.7. A registered Buyer is responsible for the security of their login credentials and must ensure that they are known to and used by the Buyer alone.
5. Rights and obligations of the Seller
5.1. The Seller undertakes to provide access to the services of the Online Store under the operating conditions set out in these Terms.
5.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer and within the specified term, in accordance with the Delivery conditions.
5.3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's privacy and to process personal data in accordance with the Privacy policy and applicable legislation.
5.4. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to fulfil an order if the Buyer has provided incorrect contact information, there are grounds to suspect fraud, or the Buyer attempts to interfere with the operation or data security of the Online Store.
5.5. If the Buyer fails to collect the goods or to pay for them within the set term, the Seller has the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid, deducting the delivery and administration costs incurred.
6. Prices
6.1. Prices in the Online Store are given in euros (€), including VAT.
6.2. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, this does not affect the prices of orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.
6.3. The price of the goods is the price valid at the moment the order is placed.
7. Quality and warranty
7.1. The characteristics and details of each product are set out in the product descriptions in the Online Store.
7.2. The Seller accepts no liability for goods in the Online Store differing in colour, shape or other parameters from the actual size, shape and colour of the goods due to the characteristics of the monitor used. Wood products are a natural material — colour shades, texture and grain may differ slightly from the photographs. This is not considered a defect.
7.3. We recommend ordering free samples before purchasing to make sure the product meets your expectations.
7.4. Unless a different quality warranty or fitness-for-use period is specified, the statutory quality warranty is valid for 2 (two) years from the day the goods are handed over to the Buyer, in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
7.5. If the Buyer, or a person engaged by the Buyer, uses the goods contrary to the instructions for use, the conditions specified in the product description or the intended purpose, the Seller is not liable for any resulting defects or deterioration of the goods.
8. Marketing and information
8.1. The Seller may, at its own discretion, launch promotions and discounts of various kinds and change their conditions.
8.2. If the Buyer agrees to receive newsletters, the Seller may send marketing messages to the email address provided by the Buyer.
8.3. If the Buyer has provided their email address to the Seller when purchasing goods, the Seller may use it to send email updates about similar products or services (on the basis of legitimate interest). Every such email includes the option to unsubscribe from the newsletter.
8.4. The Buyer may withdraw consent to receive marketing messages at any time by emailing info@terristimber.lt or by clicking the unsubscribe link in an email.

10.2. The Seller is not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of the Online Store or the purchase of goods. In any event, the Seller's liability shall not exceed the price of the goods paid by the Buyer.
10.3. In the event of damage, the Party at fault shall compensate the other Party for the losses incurred in accordance with the procedure laid down by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
11. Intellectual property
11.1. All content of the Online Store — texts, photographs, logos, design — is the property of Terris Timber, MB and is protected by the copyright laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Copying, distributing or otherwise using it without prior written permission is prohibited.

Delivery conditions
Delivery area
We currently deliver only within the territory of the Republic of Lithuania.
Delivery methods
Deliveries are carried out by third-party courier services. The specific courier depends on the size, weight and delivery address of your order.
Delivery times
The standard delivery time is 5–7 working days from order confirmation and payment. In any event, goods are delivered no later than 30 days after the agreement is concluded.
We will inform you of the exact delivery time by email or phone.
Delivery prices
- Home delivery (throughout Lithuania): a fixed price of 79.95 €
- Free sample orders: delivery is free
The exact delivery price is shown at checkout before payment.
Delivery of heavy and bulky shipments
Flooring orders are often heavy and bulky. For the safest possible delivery, heavy shipments may be packed on freight pallets. Such consignments are delivered by logistics transport.
The courier unloads heavy shipments from the vehicle. Carrying the goods indoors is the recipient's responsibility, unless an additional carry-in service has been ordered.
Receiving and inspecting the goods
- Inspect the packaging carefully for visible damage, scratches or signs of moisture
- If you notice damage, be sure to note it on the courier's delivery document and draw up a free-form shipment damage report
- Photograph the damaged packaging and goods
- Do not accept an obviously damaged shipment — instruct the courier to return it to the sender
We recommend: note any obvious packaging damage on the courier's document straight away — this greatly simplifies the rest of the process. Even after the courier has left, you can report damage within the 2-year statutory quality warranty period, but reporting early allows the situation to be resolved faster.
Storing the goods after receipt
Once you receive the goods, they must be stored only in dry, heated living spaces — not in gazebos, garages or other rooms with uncontrolled humidity and temperature. Improper storage can damage wood products and void the warranty conditions.
Failed delivery
If you are not at the specified address at the time of delivery, the courier will contact you to arrange redelivery. If delivery fails through the Buyer's fault (incorrect address, unreachable by phone, no one available to accept the shipment), the additional delivery costs are borne by the Buyer.
Ordering free samples
We offer free flooring samples so you can assess the material, colour and quality before buying. Samples are delivered free of charge throughout Lithuania.

Return conditions
Right of withdrawal
Under Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase–sale agreement without giving a reason within 14 days of the day you receive the goods, by submitting a clear statement by email to info@terristimber.lt.
Return conditions
- The returned item must be in its original, undamaged packaging
- The item must not have been installed or used other than as intended
- The item must not have lost its saleable appearance
- The returned item must be in the same configuration as the Buyer received it
- All documents confirming the purchase must be provided (VAT invoice or other proof of payment)
Important: The Buyer has the right to open the packaging and examine the item as they would be able to in a physical shop. If the value of the item has decreased due to handling beyond what was necessary to inspect and test it (e.g. installation, cutting, gluing), we may deduct the diminished value from the refund.
Return process
- Write to us at info@terristimber.lt, stating your order number and the reason for the return
- Wait for our confirmation and return instructions
- Pack the item in its original packaging and deliver it to the address provided
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer, except where the returned item is defective or the item delivered was not the one the Buyer ordered.
Refunds
Where the right of withdrawal is exercised, the Seller shall, without delay and no later than within 14 days of receiving notice of withdrawal, refund the Buyer all amounts paid, including standard delivery costs (where applied).
Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original payment.
Returning surplus goods
If you purchased too much (for example, you ordered more flooring than you needed), you may also return the surplus of undamaged goods within 14 days of purchase. Please inform us by email beforehand. We only accept full, undamaged packs in their original condition.
We recommend keeping any remaining opened packs as spares — they may come in handy in the future for repairs or for replacing a damaged section of flooring.
Defective or damaged goods
The statutory quality warranty is valid for 2 (two) years from the day the goods are handed over to the Buyer (Art. 6.363 of the Civil Code), unless a different manufacturer's warranty period is specified. You can report any defects you notice at any time during this period.
- We recommend contacting us as soon as possible — this helps resolve the situation faster and avoids further inconvenience
- Provide photographs illustrating the defect or damage
- For defective goods, we cover all return shipping costs
- At your choice, we will replace the item with a new one, repair it or refund your money
When returns do not apply
- Items that have been installed or otherwise used
- Items damaged due to improper storage or use on the Buyer's side
- Items that were used contrary to the manufacturer's instructions
- Items made to the Buyer's individual order or personally customised for the Buyer (Art. 6.228¹⁰(2) of the Civil Code)
We recommend ordering free samples before purchasing — this helps avoid unnecessary returns.
